How can I set up your towing service on our property?
Simply contact our office and we will walk you through the process. It's as simple as completing an agreement.

Do I have to call you every time there is an illegally parked vehicle on my property?
No, we closely monitor the property to ensure that we only target the violations you want us to look for. Depending on your property situation, we offer warning violation decals to give vehicle owners ample time to comply before vehicle is towed.

How long will it take your truck to reach me?
We try to reach our customers within 30-45 minutes of calling. However, during peak times such as rush hour it may take 30 minutes to an hour.

How will I know what vehicles were towed or warned?

We offer you weekly reports, on vehicles that were issued warning decals as well as what was removed from your property. This keeps you aware also of what tenants that are continual violators. These reports are generated on Mondays and usually delivered via fax or email.
